We do not play every game. The firm holds a concentrated portfolio of businesses and securities it understands deeply. Restraint is the strategy — but where we have a clear edge, we hold in size and for the long term.

Each partner's interest in the firm is expressed in Partnership Units — a notional internal accounting mechanism. The Unitized Capital Value (UCV) tells you exactly what one unit is worth on any given day, after deducting all liabilities and the firm's estimated future tax obligations. There are no hidden reserves, no smoothed valuations.

Daily Mark-to-Market

Listed equity holdings are valued at each day's closing price. Your capital account moves in real time with the portfolio — contributions and withdrawals are always transacted at the precise DTL-adjusted UCV on the date of the event.

100% Profit Retention

Net profits are never distributed as cash. They compound directly inside the firm, increasing Gross Asset Value and therefore UCV. Your proportionate share of every rupee earned accrues silently through unit appreciation — letting time do its work.

Annual Audit Reconciliation

At every financial year-end, the firm's Chartered Accountant independently certifies the DTL computation and audited UCV. Any variance between the live portal value and the audited figure is trued-up, and a Capital Account Statement is issued to each partner.
